Holistic massage combines the power of Reiki energy with traditional massage therapy techniques Aligned inspired by the Hawaiian philosophy of Lomi-Lomi. An approach that takes into account the body, mind, soul, and heart of the individual for a truly comprehensive treatment.
Holistic Massage
Ideally lasting an hour and a half, the session begins with a detailed consultation and a conversation.
An intention arises, a wish is formed, a need is expressed.
The massage begins. It is intuitive, slow, deep, or invigorating, lively, and rhythmic. Reiki energy is channeled and guides the movements throughout the massage.
Once we’re done, we take a moment to come back to ourselves, then (if needed) we make a plan for what’s next and share our thoughts on the session over a cup of tea or a glass of water!
